Liam McFadden - M.Bus, GAICD
Liam has 25 years of financial, commercial and contractual and strategic partnering project experience working in both the private and public sectors in Australia after migrating from Ireland.
After 11 years working with a publicly listed private company on major bids and tenders around Australia and internationally, Liam has spent the past 14 years as an independent advisor to both customers and suppliers on major procurement projects in broad range of sectors and his portfolio also extends to a number of government departments and agencies providing commercial, strategic, procurement and strategic partnering/alliancing advice.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holding a Master of Business Degree in Collaborative Business Models, Liam has a range of strategic partnering and project (and program) decision-making tools grounded in the 0to10RM® High Performance Relationship Management framework developed by Tony Lendrum and in the Victorian Government Investment Management and Investment Lifecycle Guidelines.
In recent years Liam has been focused on the SME sector acquiring new knowledge and applying OWC experience to the growth of Start-Up Clann in his new home Geelong.
David Millward - B.Eng, Dip. Man
David has senior, project and procurement management experience including strategic business planning and marketing for rapid growth, start-up, transition, alliancing, acquisition and the ongoing management of service and construction businesses in both the public and private sectors.
David’s experience spans diverse businesses in various markets and he has been providing advice and management consultant services to organisations for the last 10 years. This includes companies across Australia and New Zealand across water, power and gas utilities, defence, transport, telecommunications, warehousing, passenger, information services, parks and gardens refining, mining, resource and energy markets.
Specialising in business planning and the development and implementation of processes and systems tailored to each requirement, David holds degrees in engineering, management and is an accredited Victorian State Government Gateway reviewer. He has also completed the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance (‘DTF’) training in investment logic mapping, a workshop to undertake a high-level strategic assessment of a proposed project from an investment and benefits delivered perspective.

Transition and Operations Manager
Lawrence is an accomplished change management professional with extensive stakeholder and project management expertise over a wide cross-section of industry and all levels of government.
Lawrence's areas of expertise include transition and implementation management, planning and delivery, stakeholder engagement and financial and asset management review and due diligence management. He has a wide range of experience across the utilities, transport and energy industries.
A true team player who provides advice and practical input for tenders, reviews, restructures and projects based on his extensive experience in ANZ and overseas. Lawrence is results driven with a proven track record in project and program planning, governance and management with excellent implementation and change management skills providing safe delivery. He can generate support from board to shop floor level to empower and motivate teams to achieve the required results efficiently and to budget often in complex industrial, cultural and other challenging environments.
Bids and Tenders Manager
David has an extensive international network and national and regional P&L responsibility in a diverse range of industries. His strong executive presence is coupled with proven skills and experience in general management, international business development, marketing, sales, restructuring and new business start-ups including establishment of joint ventures.
Project management and strategic planning as well as comprehensive operational management are among his specialties. He has practical experience with product and service delivery companies in Asia-Pacific including in purchasing & procurement.
David is a decorated with The Order of Member of The British Empire (MBE) and is a graduate of the Australian Army's Command and Staff College, Queenscliffe, Victoria and of the British Army's Officer Cadet College, Mons, Aldershot, England. He is also a registered Tech Eng Automotive, Grad Cert Bus Admin, Grad Dip Ind Engr.
Organisational Change Manager and IR Advisor
An experienced consultant who has worked with a broad client base including finance, manufacturing, services and resources companies in the development and implementation of organisation improvement initiatives.
He has also worked as a senior Human Resources Executive in all areas of human resources, including leadership development, industrial relations, change management and organisational effectiveness. Industrial experience includes oil & gas, manufacturing, consumer goods and FMCG organisations.
Jeremy has a Bachelor of Business, P&IR (with distinction) and a Graduate Diploma, Organisational Change & Development and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies - Psychology.
Business Process Manager and HR Advisor
Jennifer has diverse management, HR and financial experience across a wide business spectrum in both existing and start-up businesses. Jennifer is passionate about supporting businesses to be profitable, thriving and successful. Her approach is to align the business cultural values in the policies and procedures so they are reflected in the implementation and operational principles.
Her experience is comprehensive throughout business operations including understanding the supply chain from design to manufacturing to sales, documentation of all business systems, plus principles of change management and HR. Jennifer’s experience also extends to business planning, strategy and direction, innovation and project management. She is task oriented, methodical and has a keen eye for detail. With strong communication and listening skills, her business coaching ensures the best outcomes for businesses, teams and individuals.
Jennifer has a Cert IV Bookkeeping- BAS Registration and is currently completing her Master Practitioner of Coaching.
David has in excess of 25 years’ experience in senior management positions ranging from Fortune 500 organisations to new start ups, both in Australia and overseas. His experiences in a wide range of sectors including corporate, education, defence, healthcare, seniors, resources and immigration have provided him with valuable insights into what makes successful organisations tick - and how to overcome such challenges.
Specialising in the development and implementation of growth strategies, David uses both traditional and innovative research and analysis techniques to support strategic plans and shape new ventures.
David has obtained tertiary qualifications in financial, marketing and personal management to complement and enhance his hands-on experience.

Ashley Brimacombe has led the successful transformation of numerous companies through development, of marketing, management and sales strategies, he has spent his entire career looking after customers of one sort or another, in large companies and small businesses, from regional towns to major cities. Ashley is passionate about improving the customer experience and helping the business grow through a range of solutions which elevate business performance leading to increases in sales effectiveness and marketing efficiency. Ashley is an advisor to, and investor in, several startup companies, and is currently a mentor for the Centre of Multicultural youth.
